After turning on the printer power, an error message immediately appears on the touchscreen or in Fluidd:

Firmware not provided by Elegoo has been installed. The Neptune 4 series printers use a customized version of Klipper firmware. Firmware updated via Fluidd that is not provided by Elegoo may brick the printer. Installing third-party firmware can also cause this issue.
