2.0mm hex screwdriver
a. Turn off the printer power switch and unplug the power cord.

b. Check whether the connector on the Z motor side is loose, and re-plug this connector.

a. Turn off the printer power switch and unplug the power cord.
b. Use the 2.0mm hex screwdriver to remove the screws securing the bottom cover, then remove the bottom cover.

Note: There is a wire connecting the bottom cover to the mainboard. Be sure to unplug the wire connector before removing the bottom cover.

c. Check whether the Z motor connector on the mainboard side is loose, and re-plug the Z motor connector on the mainboard side.

a. Turn off the printer power switch and unplug the power cord.
b. Disconnect the Z motor connector on either the left or right side.

c. Plug in the power cord and turn on the printer power switch.
d. On the touchscreen, go to Prepare → Tap Z+ to control the Z-axis movement.
Note: Before the printer completes homing, the X/Y/Z motors cannot move in the X-/Y-/Z- directions.
