¶ Code Meaning:
Filament extrusion failure at the print head (the corresponding feed channel enters the tool head normally, but during filament extrusion, the mileage wheel in CANVAS does not detect any pulse change).
¶ Possible Causes:
Filament on the spool is tangled or knotted.
Insufficient engagement of the extruder gear.
Print head nozzle is clogged.

2.0mm hex screwdriver
¶ Troubleshooting Steps:
¶ 1.Check whether the filament is tangled.
If the filament is knotted, unload the filament, cut off the deformed section, and then reload the filament into CANVAS.
To prevent tangling from recurring, always hold the end of the filament firmly during loading/unloading to avoid loosening that may cause tangles.
¶ 2.Check if the nozzle is clogged / if the gear can rotate normally.
