- The printer and software are connected to the LAN/WAN, but the camera feed cannot be displayed properly.
- The touch screen, backend, or software displays one of the following error messages: "camera not connected," "Camera not detected," or "AI camera status error. Please troubleshoot the device."

- The camera lens is obstructed or contaminated.
- The network connection is unstable or unavailable.
- The Elegoo Slicer, Elegoo Matrix App, or printer firmware is outdated.
- The camera connector or camera cable is loose or making poor contact.
- The camera or camera cable is faulty.
- 2.0 mm Allen key
- Lint-free cloth
Check whether the camera lens is obstructed or dirty.
- If the camera lens is dirty, clean it with a lint-free cloth.
- If the camera lens is clean and unobstructed, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps.

¶ 2. Restart the Printer and Software
- Turn off the printer.
- Wait 10 seconds, then turn the printer back on.
- Completely exit Elegoo Slicer / Elegoo Matrix App.
- Reopen the software and reconnect to the printer.
- Check whether the camera feed is restored.
- If the camera feed is still unavailable, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps.
¶ 3. Switch Between LAN and WAN Connections and Reconnect
- Refer to this guide to switch between a LAN or WAN connection.
- Reconnect to the printer using Elegoo Slicer / Elegoo Matrix App. Open the camera page and check whether the camera feed is displayed properly.
- If the camera feed is still unavailable, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps.
¶ 4. Update the Software and Firmware
- Update Elegoo Slicer, Elegoo Matrix App, and the printer firmware to the latest versions.
- Elegoo Matrix App: Go to Me > About App > Version Update.

- Elegoo Slicer: Go to ☰ > Help > Check for Updates.

- Centauri Carbon 2 Series: Go to Settings > Check for Updates.

- Reconnect the printer through the LAN/WAN connection and check whether the camera feed is displayed properly.
- If the camera feed is still unavailable, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps.
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
- Use a 2.0 mm Allen key to remove the screws securing the camera, then remove the camera.

- Check whether the connector on the back of the camera is loose, and disconnect and reconnect the camera connector.
If the connector is burned or damaged, replace the camera and camera cable.

- Place the printer on its side. Use a 2.0 mm Allen key to remove the 10 screws securing the bottom cover, then remove the bottom cover.

- Check whether the connector on the mainboard side is loose, then disconnect and reconnect it.

- Reinstall the camera and bottom cover.
- Connect the power cord and turn on the printer.
- Use Elegoo Matrix App / Elegoo Slicer to connect to the printer.
- Open the camera page and check whether the camera feed is displayed properly.

If the camera feed is still unavailable after completing troubleshooting Steps 1–5, the camera or camera cable may be faulty. Please provide the following information when contacting Technical Support Team for further diagnosis and assistance:
- A video showing the issue where the camera feed cannot be displayed properly.
- The printer's order number. If the printer was not purchased from an official ELEGOO store, please provide the
invoice instead of the order number.
- The current printer firmware version (Settings > Check for Updates).
- The printer SN code. It is located on the white label near the power button and is usually in the format CC2. XXXXX. XXX.
