- 2.0 mm Allen key
- Tweezers
- Phillips screwdriver
- New camera and camera cable
- Double-sided adhesive tape
- Turn off the printer power switch and unplug the power cord.

- Remove the top cover.

- Open the front glass door.

- Use tweezers to detach the camera cable.

- Gently remove the camera cable and ensure that it is no longer attached to the printer frame.

- The camera mounting screw is located on the top of the camera.

- Use a 2.0 mm Allen key to remove the camera mounting screw.

- Remove the camera.


- Disconnect the connector on the back of the camera.

- Close the front glass door.

- Place the printer on its side with the spool holder side facing upward.

- Use a 2.0 mm Allen key to remove the ten screws securing the bottom cover.

Note: To prevent the bottom cover from falling, support the bottom cover when removing the last screw.
- Remove the bottom cover.

- Locate the mainboard.

- Disconnect the CAMERA connector.

- Pull the camera cable out along the groove in the bottom cover.


¶ Connect the Cable — Mainboard Side
- Take out the new camera and camera cable.

- Insert the connector labeled CAMERA into the CAMERA port on the mainboard.

- Route the other end of the cable through the groove in the bottom cover and into the printer housing.
Note: If the cable is difficult to pass through the groove, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the upper-left foot pad first, then route the cable through the opening.



Place the bottom cover back into position and tighten the screws securing it.

- Place the printer upright.

- Open the front glass door.

- Route the other end of the camera cable through the groove on the right-front Z-axis mounting block.


4. Connect the connector to the port on the back of the camera.

- Place the camera on the upper side of the right-front Z-axis mounting block.


- Tighten the camera mounting screw.

- Reattach the camera cable to the printer frame using double-sided adhesive tape.
Note: If the adhesive tape on the printer frame has fallen off, other double-sided adhesive tape can be used as a replacement. Ensure that the camera cable does not interfere with the Z-axis lead screw or linear rods.

Connect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Connect the printer to Elegoo Slicer or Elegoo Matrix.
