Serious error ErrorCode : Abnormal model fan
¶ Possible Causes
- The model cooling fan connector is loose or has poor contact.
- The model cooling fan is faulty.
- USB drive

¶ Troubleshooting steps
¶ Disconnect and reconnect the model fan cable
- Turn off the printer's power switch and unplug the power cord.
- Lift the front cover of the printing head to remove it.
- Unplug the model fan cable and check the pin of the fuse.
¶ Disconnect and reconnect the connector on the printhead PCB side.
- Turn off the printer's power switch and unplug the power cord.
- Use a 1.5 mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 screws securing the cable port of the print head, then unplug the cable.
- Use a 2.0 mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 screws securing the back cover of the printer, then remove the back cover.
- Unplug and reconnect the fan adapter cable on the side of the printhead PCB.
¶ Reinstall the Firmware
- Download the firmware at this link.
- Copy the
update.binfile to the root directory of the USB drive - Insert the USB drive into the printer and restart the printer. After the printer restarts, the firmware update window will pop up. At this time, please click Update. The firmware update will start automatically. After the update is completed, please unplug the USB drive.
If the USB drive is not unplugged, the printer will read the firmware again after restarting, and the firmware update window will pop up again
¶ Check whether the fan can rotate normally
Power on the printer. Touch "Function - Fans - Model Cooling Fan" on the touchscreen. Check whether the fan can rotate normally.
If the fan rotates slowly or intermittently, replace it with a new fan.How to Replace the Model Cooling Fan
