The error code generally occurs when the print head is being heated or a model being printed.
¶ How to fix
Check the pins of the heating adapter board and check the resistance value of the thermistor of the nozzle in turn.
Tools necessary for toubleshooting
- A 2.5 mm Allen key
- A multimeter
¶ Troubleshooting steps
¶ Re-plug the cable of the heating PCB port
- Power off the printer. Press the lever of the filament cutter backward to cut off the filament. Lift the front cover of the printing head to remove it.
- Unplug the port of the ribbon cables of the model cooling fan.
- Use a 2.5 mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 screws securing the printing head assembly.
- Re-plug the cables of the nozzle thermistor port and check whether the pins in the terminals are normal. (The figure below shows the normal pin.)
¶ Check the resistance value of the nozzle thermistor using a multimeter
- Adjust the multimeter to the "Ω" gear.
- Check the resistance value of the two pins in the thermistor cable terminals.
Note: The temperature of the nozzle is about 34°C during the detection. The NTC temperature and resistance values are shown in the following table.
The resistance value of NTC (thermistor) varies depending on the temperature.

If the resistance value of the nozzle thermistor is abnormal or shows no value, replace the thermistor with a new one.
