Power off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the seven screws securing the back cover of the printer, and remove the back cover.
Disconnect the camera connector cable from the motherboard.
Lift the top cover and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the six screws securing the lower part of the top cover. Close the top cover.
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the single screw securing the top cover at the back. Remove the top cover. Note: Carefully straighten and extract the camera cable from the right-side reserved hole.
Lay the printer on its side and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the two screws securing the Z-axis limit switch.
Take out the Z-axis limit switch from above the Z-axis. Use diagonal pliers to cut off the hot glue securing the switch connector port, and remove the old limit switch.
Take out the new Z-axis limit switch and place it in the groove above the Z-axis.
Connect the Z-axis limit switch cable to the port. Align the limit switch with the screw holes, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the two screws that secure the switch.
Align the top cover with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the six screws that secure the top cover. Note: Make sure to thread the camera cable through the designated hole on the middle plate.
Close the top cover and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the screw that secures the top cover at the back.
Reconnect the camera connector cable to the motherboard port.
Align the back cover with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the seven screws that secure the back cover.
Power on the printer, wait for the device self-test to finish, and the printer will be ready for normal use.
