Power off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the seven screws securing the back cover of the printer, and remove the back cover.
Use diagonal pliers to cut the zip ties securing the cables of the constant current board. Remove the following connections from the motherboard: (1) current constant board to light board connection, (2) cooling fan, (3) thermistor, (4) X-axis motor. Note: Make proper markings beforehand for easy installation.
Disconnect the camera and WiFi connectors from the motherboard.
Lift the top cover and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the six screws securing the lower part of the top cover. Close the top cover.
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the single screw securing the top cover at the back. Remove the top cover. Note: Carefully straighten and extract the camera cable from the right-side reserved hole.
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the three screws securing the upper part of the right side cover, and use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the three screws securing the lower part of the right side cover. Remove the right side cover.
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the three screws securing the upper part of the left side cover, and use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the three screws securing the lower part of the left side cover. Remove the left side cover.
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the four screws securing the lower part of the front cover. Use a 3.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 14 screws securing the bottom cover. When loosening the last two screws, hold the bottom cover with your hand to prevent it from falling. Remove the bottom cover assembly.
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the four screws securing the anti-UV cover and remove the cover.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the two screws securing the cooling fan and remove the old cooling fan.
Take out the new cooling fan. Align the fan with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the two screws that secure the fan in place. Note: Pay attention to the installation orientation of the fan.
Align the anti-UV cover with the screw holes and the UV light, and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the four screws that secure the cover in place. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe the lens surface, ensuring no fingerprints or dirt remain. Note: Align the reserved openings on both sides of the anti-UV cover with the UV light ribbon cable and the heat sink respectively.
Take out the bottom cover assembly and ensure the connector cables are properly arranged to avoid damage during installation. Determine the installation orientation of the bottom cover based on the screw hole positions. Align the bottom cover with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a 3.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 14 screws that secure the bottom cover, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the four screws that secure the lower part of the front cover. It is recommended to tighten each screw by 3/4 turn first, and then tighten the remaining 1/4.
Align the left side cover with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the three screws that secure the upper part of the left side cover, and use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the three screws that secure the lower part of the left side cover.
Take out the right side cover and arrange the WiFi connector cable properly. Align the right side cover with the screw holes and button holes, and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the three screws that secure the upper part of the right side cover, and use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the three screws that secure the lower part of the right side cover.
Align the top cover with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the six screws that secure the top cover. Note: Make sure to thread the camera cable through the designated hole on the middle plate.
Close the top cover and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the screw that secures the top cover at the back.
Reconnect the camera and WiFi connectors to the motherboard ports.
Reconnect the following connections to the motherboard: (1) current constant board to light board connection, (2) cooling fan, (3) thermistor, (4) X-axis motor. (Consider using zip ties to secure the UV light cables.)
Place the back cover in the installation position and use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the seven screws that secure the back cover.
Power on the printer, wait for the device self-test to finish, and the printer will be ready for normal use.
