Saturn 4 - Constant Current Board Replacement
Tools and materials needed
- 2.5mm Allen wrench
- 2.0mm Allen wrench
- New constant current board

Operation steps
- Power off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
- Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the seven screws securing the back cover of the printer, and remove the back cover.
- Use diagonal pliers to cut the zip ties securing the cables. Remove the following connections from the constant current board: (1) constant current board to motherboard connection, (2) pwm control cable for constant current board, (3) constant current board to light board connection.
- Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the two screws securing the current constant board, and remove the board.
- Take out the new current constant board, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the two screws securing it.
- Reconnect the following cables to the current constant board: (1) constant current board to motherboard connection, (2) pwm control cable for constant current board, (3) constant current board to light board connection.
- Use zip ties to secure the cables. Align the back cover with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the seven screws securing the cover.
- Power on the printer, wait for the device self-test to finish, and the printer will be ready for normal use.
