Power off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the seven screws securing the back cover of the printer, and remove the back cover.
Use diagonal pliers to cut the zip ties securing the cables. Remove the following connections from the constant current board: (1) constant current board to motherboard connection, (2) pwm control cable for constant current board, (3) constant current board to light board connection.
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the two screws securing the current constant board, and remove the board.
Take out the new current constant board, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the two screws securing it.
Reconnect the following cables to the current constant board: (1) constant current board to motherboard connection, (2) pwm control cable for constant current board, (3) constant current board to light board connection.
Use zip ties to secure the cables. Align the back cover with the screw holes and place it in the installation position. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the seven screws securing the cover.
Power on the printer, wait for the device self-test to finish, and the printer will be ready for normal use.
