Please be sure to remove the construction board and click home. If the Z-axis is stuck at the bottom and makes noise, the sensor is indeed not triggered. We can provide a brief video analysis and SN code analysis picture analysis of the problem at the bottom of the machine.
If the sensor does not trigger: 1: Reinstall the sensor and check whether it is damaged, contaminated with resin, or loose wiring
2: Check whether the limit stopper is bent and deformed, and whether the stopper is in the middle of the sensor when the z-axis is stuck at the bottom.
Reinstallation improvement problem solving (poor contact)
No improvement Reissue sensor + sensor wiring + baffle (watch the video to analyze whether the baffle is bent and deformed and whether it needs to be reissued)
If the sensor triggers normally, there are several factors:
1: The customer's leveling steps are wrong. Provide the customer with the correct leveling steps. If the problem still occurs after the customer's operation, you can refer to the steps and let the customer share his own leveling video analysis problem, point out and correct the error.
2: After printing is completed, the resin residue in the material tank and the resin on the build plate are not cleaned, causing interference when printing again. Check whether the resin residue in both is cleaned.
3: Too much force was used when removing the model, which caused the construction plate to tilt and cause abnormalities. It needs to be re-leveled.

It is important to note here that some customers misunderstood z=0 and set z=0 for leveling. After clicking home, they found that the z-axis stop position and setting were wrong, saying that there was a problem with the machine.
The reasons are as follows
It needs to be emphasized that the home button is the position where the sensor cover is triggered and cannot be modified.
z=0 z=0 is the starting position of the file to start printing. After setting, it needs to be judged by printing the file. The position where the z-axis stops and starts exposure printing is the setting point of z=0.
