When powering on the printer, the touch screen cannot turn on.
The USB flash drive was inserted before turning the power switch on (symbol "|").
The power adapter is defective.
Firmware anomaly or an incorrect firmware has been updated.
Poor contact of the touch screen ribbon cable.
The motherboard is defective.
Any component is short-circuited.

Before turning the printer, the USB flash drive should not be inserted.
Remove the USB flash drive and restart the printer.
Check whether the touch screen can be enabled.
If a multimeter is available, measure the output voltage of the power adapter with a multimeter and check whether the voltage is stable. The default value is 24V.
If a multimeter is not available, check whether the power adapter indicator is on after turning the power switch on.
If the voltage of the power adapter is unstable or the indicator does not light up, it is necessary to replace the power adapter.
If the touch screen is enabled when using other adapters, it indicates that the adapter is defective and it is necessary to replace it with a new power adapter.

Note: Unzip the package and copy the Bin file into the root directory. Do not use the ZIP package.

Copy it to the root directory of your USB flash drive.
Restart the printer and the firmware can be updated automatically.
Note:
Power off the printer and unplug the default power adapter.


Lift the enclosure.

Release and remove the eight screws securing the front cover with a 2.5 mm Allen key.

Open the front cover.

Remove the tape securing the touch screen ribbon cable. Keep the tape at hand as it will be reused later.

Lift the clip.

Re-plug the ribbon cable of the touch screen.

Release and remove the seven screws securing the right-side cover with a 2.0 mm Allen key.

Remove the right-side cover.

Remove the tape securing the touch screen ribbon cable. Keep the tape at hand as it will be reused later.

Lift the clip.

Re-plug the ribbon cable of the touch screen.

If the indicator light does not illuminate, it indicates that one of the components has short-circuited. Refer to Step 7 for further troubleshooting.

Turn the power switch OFF (symbol "〇") and unplug the power supply cable.
Unplug the marked cables shown in the picture below.

Note: If the hot-melt adhesive on the plug is difficult to remove, turn the power switch off and unplug the adapter. Apply a small amount of alcohol to the hot-melt adhesive of the plug. Separate the hot-melt adhesive from the plug.
Plug in the power adapter and turn the power switch ON (symbol "I").
If the touch screen can be enabled, it indicates that one of the components listed below may have a short circuit. Follow the steps below to find the specific component.
(1) Connect only one plug at a time, then turn the power switch on.
(2) If the touch screen fails to be activated when a particular connector is inserted, it indicates that the corresponding component should be replaced.
(3) Contact our technical support team and provide the corresponding port name.

Inspecting the printer in accordance with the above instructions will not invalidate the printer's warranty. Should you be uncertain of the defect's location, contact our technical support team and provide the results of checks from item 1to 7.
After removing the USB flash drive, restart the printer. Does the touch screen illuminate at this point?
Does the adapter's indicator light illuminate? When using an alternative 12V/24V power adapter, does the printer's touch screen illuminate? Does the adapter deliver a 24V output voltage after being powered on?
After updating the firmware, can the touch screen be turned on?
4&5. After re-plugging the touch screen ribbon cable, can the touch screen be turned on?
After powering on, does the motherboard indicator light illuminate?
After disconnecting all connectors from the motherboard except the touch screen, power supply, and LCD, does the touchscreen illuminate? Which connector, when reconnected, prevents the touch screen from being turned on?
