Operation guide
Step 1 - Install the air nozzle
Take out the air nozzle and put it on the window mirror of the laser head. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to screw the M4*4 fixing screw into the air nozzle so that the air nozzle is fixed on the window mirror. (When fixing, please ensure that the air nozzle air tube connector is facing horizontally towards the side of the laser head cable bracket).

Step 2 - Install the exhaust tube bracket
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to unscrew the two bottom screws on one side of the laser head cable bracket. Align the 2 small holes of the exhaust tube bracket with the screw holes and place it on the laser head. Use two PM3*8 screws to fix the exhaust tube bracket and laser head together (The round hole of the exhaust tube bracket faces upward).

Step 3 - Connect the air nozzle to the exhaust tube
Take out the exhaust tube, pass it through the round hole of the exhaust tube bracket, and insert the exhaust tube into the air nozzle connector.
Step 4 - Reinstall the laser head
Insert the laser head cable into the laser head and fix the cable on the cable bracket; then install the laser head back to the X-axis and tighten the 2 thumb screws to fix it.
Step 5 - Secure the exhaust tube
Take out the cable tie to fix the exhaust tube and laser head cable together, and use pliers to cut off the excess part of the fixed cable tie.
Step 6 - Connect the air pump to the exhaust tube
Place the PHECDA horizontally, take out the pneumatic connector, put it on the air outlet of the air pump, and then insert the other end of the exhaust tube into the pneumatic connector.

Step 7 - Laser head air assist installation successful
Connect the air pump to the power supply, turn on the switch, and adjust the air-blowing volume. The air nozzle blows and controls normally, and the air assist installation is successful.
