When to clean
●It is recommended to clean it once every 2 months. If it is used frequently, it is recommended to clean it once a month. (The specific cleaning frequency can be adjusted according to actual situation)
●If there is obvious foreign matter in the fan, or the fan rotates abnormally, please clean it immediately.
Tools and materials needed
●2.5mm Allen wrench X 1
●1.5mm Allen wrench X 1
●Brush X 1

Safety warning and Machine state before starting operation
●Please turn off the switch and disconnect the power supply.
Operation guide
1.Turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord, remove the orange magnetic shading plate, and stand the PHECDA up with the rear baffle as the bottom.

2.Use a 1.5mm Allen wrench to unscrew the two fixing screws of the flame alarm and remove the flame alarm.

3.Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the two fixing screws of the turbofan.
|
4. Unplug the turbofan cable and remove the turbofan.
|
5. In a ventilated area, use a brush to clean the fan blades one by one from the inside to the outside at the air inlet.

6.Use a brush to clean the fan blades one by one from the outside to the inside at the air outlet.
|
7.Turn the air outlet downward and pour out dust and other foreign matter.
|
8. Align the air outlet of the turbofan with the air inlet of the air filter, align the screw holes, use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the two fixing screws of the turbofan, and connect the turbofan wiring.

9. Place the flame alarm back into its mounting position, and use a 1.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the two fixing screws in alignment.

10.Put the PHECDA back in its original position, reinstall the orange magnetic shading plate, connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, click "Laser" and select "0.5%". If the fan rotates normally, the cleaning is completed.
