PHECDA Tilt Detection Module Replacement

● Phillips screwdriver X 1

Precautions before operation and machine status
●Please turn off the switch and disconnect the power supply.
Operation guide
Step 1 - Stand PHECDA up and use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 2 fixing screws of the tilt detection module.

Step 2 - Remove the tilt detection module and unplug the cable.
|
|
Step 3 - Remove the back cover of the tilt detection module, and use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 2 fixing screws of the tilt detection module.

|
Step 4 - Take out the old tilt detection module and install the new module aligning with the port hole.
|
|
Step 5 - Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the 2 fixing screws on the PCB board of the tilt detection module, and close the back cover of the tilt detection module.

|
Step 6 - Plug in the tilt detection module cable, and install the tilt detection module back to its original position with your left hand, align the upper and lower screw holes, and hold it.

|
Step 7 - Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the two fixing screws of the tilt detection module with your right hand. The replacement of the tilt detection module is completed.
