¶ Tools Needed
- A FAT32 USB flash drive with the capacity under 16GB
¶ Instructions

Insert the USB flash drive into the printer.
Note: Make sure that the USB flash drive format is FAT32 and its capacity is less than 16 GB.

Click Return on the top right corner.

From the Info interface, click Log and export the log files to the USB flash drive.

Insert the USB flash drive into your PC. Locate the Giga_log folder in the root directory of the USB flash drive.

Double-click the Giga_log folder to find the [two files]{.underline} for log information:
- Giga_log_202X.tar
- logging_log
- Find the firmware version and touch screen version from the Info interface.
