¶ Precautions
Before operation, power off the printer. If you use the printer frequently, it is recommended to maintain it every month.
¶ Instruction
1、Slide the print head. Clean the burrs on the surface of the metal U-wheel and guide rail on the upper and lower sides of the X-axis using a paper towel.
Note: Put the paper towel on the pulley surface. Slide the shaft to clean the surface.
2、After cleaning, apply the lubricant grease to the surface of the metal U-wheel and guide rail on the upper and lower sides of the X-axis.
3、Slide the print head to apply the lubricant grease more evenly.
4、Slide the print platform. Clean the burrs on the surface of the metal U-wheel and guide rail on the upper and lower sides of the Y-axis using a paper towel.
Note: Put the paper towel on the pulley surface. Slide the shaft to clean the surface.
5、After cleaning, apply the lubricant grease to the surface of the metal U-wheel and guide rail on the upper and lower sides of the Y-axis.
6、Slide the print head to apply the lubricant grease more evenly.
7、Clean the dirty grease on the left and right sides of the Z-axis lead screw using a paper towel.
8、After cleaning, apply the lubricant grease to the lead screw surface.
9、Power on the printer. Operate the printer for the homing process. The grease is more evenly distributed, and the printer is ready for use.
