Steps for importing preset files
1. After installing the OrcaSlicer software, enter the printer selection interface, select a printer, and click confirm.
2. Enter the main page of the software, and in the upper left corner [File-Import-Import Preset], select the preset file of the corresponding to model and import it.
Note: The presets of OrcaSlicer software are divided into three parts: printer settings, filament settings, and process parameter settings, all of which need to be imported.
3. After successfully importing the preset, you can select the newly imported configuration parameters in [User Configuration] in the drop-down option boxes of [Printer], [Filament] and [Process].
4. After the preset import is completed, you can slice and print.
(Note: When slicing and printing, you need to select the print settings and consumable parameters corresponding to the printer.)
5. Click the [Add/Remove] option in the drop-down box of [Printer] or [Filament] to add/delete the printer or filament.
3mf file usage tutorial
Considering the functional differences between different versions of OrcaSlicer software, a universal 3mf file for OrcaSlicer is created, so that you can use 3mf to slice and print even if you can't import the configuration.
1. Click [File-Import-Import 3MF] in the upper left corner, select the 3MF file of the corresponding model, open it, import the model, and then slice and print.
2. You can also directly drag the 3mf file into PrusaSlicer to open it, import the model, and then slice and print.
