Disconnect the rear fan cable.

Use a 3.0 mm hex wrench to remove the three screws securing the rear fan.
Reminder: Support the rear fan while removing the last screw to prevent it from falling.

- Remove the rear fan.

- Use a 2.0 mm hex wrench to remove the four screws from the rear of the extruder.

- Press the latches on both sides of the connector on the extruder adapter board, and then disconnect the extruder ribbon cable.

- Use a 2.0 mm hex wrench to remove the screws from both sides of the extruder.
Reminder: Support the extruder while removing the last screw to prevent it from falling.

- Remove the extruder.

- Place the eccentric nut wrench in the position shown.

- Make small adjustments and check the X-axis carriage repeatedly.
Make sure that: ① The X-axis carriage does not wobble. ②The X-axis carriage moves smoothly when moved by hand.

- Place the extruder back in its original position.

- Tighten the screws on both sides of the extruder.

- Reconnect the extruder ribbon cable.

- Tighten the four screws on the rear of the extruder.

- Place the rear fan back in its original position.
.png)
- Tighten the three screws securing the rear fan.

- Reconnect the rear fan cable. The X-axis bearing tightness adjustment is complete.
