¶ Precautions
Before operation, turn the power switch OFF (symbol "O") and unplug the power cable.

¶ Instruction
1、Loosen the five screws on the bottom cover using a Phillips screwdriver. Open the bottom cover from the side. Unplug the the motherboard cooling fan cable port.
2、Loosen the 3 screws on the front of the side panel of the bottom cover using a 2.5 mm Allen key.
3、Loosen the screw on the front of the side panel of the bottom cover using a 2.5 mm Allen key.
4、Loosen the screws holding the cable ties using a Phillips screwdriver. Cut the cable ties using the diagonal pliers.
5、Disconnect the cables from the TB0 and TB1 ports on the motherboard.
6、Loosen the two screws securing the "HB0" and HB1" ports using a flathead screwdriver. Remove the ribbon cable from the ports.
7、Pull out all the cables connected to the heated bed from the cable holes and unscrew the four leveling knobs under the heated bed.
8、Take out the entire heated bed upwards, remove the "PEI" platform, and remove the four leveling screws on the heated bed.
9、Prepare the new heated bed. Put the four leveling screws into the screw holes at the four corners of the heated bed. Put the "PEI" platform.
10、Align the four screws with holes in the four corners of the heated bed bracket. Insert the four screws into the four springs, and tighten the four leveling knobs under the heated bed.
11、Thread all the cables of the heated bed through the side holes. Slide the heated bed to reserve enough cable length for the heated bed to move.
12、Organize the cables. Align the side panel of the bottom cover with the screw holes. Place the panel in the installation position.
13、Tighten the three screws on the front of the side panel of the bottom cover using a H2.0 Allen key. Tighten one screw on the side of the side panel of the bottom cover using the H2.5 Allen key.
14、Insert the ribbon cables into the TB0 and TB1 ports on the motherboard according to the lable information.
15、Insert the black and red cables into the "HB-" port, the red and blue cables into the "HB1" port (no need to distinguish between positive and negative poles). Tighten the screws securing the cables using a flathead screwdriver.
16、Organize the cables and secure them with two cable ties. Tighten the screws of the two cable ties using a Phillips screwdriver.
17、Prepare the bottom cover and place it on the side. Insert the motherboard cooling fan cable into the "FAN3" port of the motherboard.
18、Align the groove on the bottom cover of the printer and place it in the installation position. (The bottom cover has a direction difference, do not install it upside down during installation.
19、Tighten the 5 screws securing the bottom cover using a Phillips screwdriver.
20、Turn on the printer. Test the heated bed heating function is normal. After releveling the printer, it can be used normally.
