Power off the machine and wait for the print head to cool completely before working.

¶ 1- Remove the print head
1、Power off the printer. Unplug the port wires of the fan assembly located directly behind the printhead. Loosen the four screws of the rear fan assembly using an H2.5 Allen wrenc. Remove the rear fan assembly.
2、Loosen the 2 screws securing the printing head assembly using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.
3、Press the "ejector header" on both sides with your hand. The print head cable will automatically pop out, and then take out the print head cable.
4、Loosen the 3 screws securing the back cover of the printer using a 2.0 mm Allen key, then remove the print head's back cover.
¶ 2- Replace the old proximity switch with a new one
1、Separate the front cover of the print head integral assembly.
2、Loosen the screws of the proximity switch using an H2.0 Allen key.
3、Pull out the proximity switch cable from the extrusion adapter plate and replace it with a new proximity switch.
4、Align the locating pin hole and put the proximity switch in the mounting position. Tighten the screws.
¶ 3- Install the print head
1、Mount the front cover of the print head assembly (grooved design, slide-in mounting).
2、Put the print head assembly in the front installation position. Tighten the two fixing screws of the front cover of the print head using the H2.0 Allen key.
3、Press the "ejector header" to both sides with your hand to open the port. Insert the print head cable port into the port (note that the cable passes under the top profile).
4、Tighten the two fixing screws of the cable fixture and one fixing screw of the print head using the H2.0 Allen key.
5、Align the fan assembly with the screw hole position and install it. Tighten the four fixing screws of the rear fan assembly (installed with the air outlet facing down) using the H2.5 Allen key. Insert it into the fan assembly interface wire port.
6、The printer is ready for use after it is re-leveled.
