The touch screen or the Fluidd shows the error message during printing:
Please run 'SDCARD RESET FILE' or 'FIRMWARE RESTART' to resume.!! Extrude below minimum temp.

Install ELEGOO Cura or ELEGOO Slicer.
Load the model to be printed into ELEGOO Cura or ELEGOO Slicer, re-slice the model with the default settings, and then upload the .gcode file to the printer.
Turn the power switch OFF (symbol "◯") and unplug the power cord.

Loosen the three screws of the rear fan assembly with a 2.5 mm Allen key and remove the rear fan assembly.

Remove the four screws securing the back side of the extruder with a 2.0 mm Allen key.

Remove the two screws securing the front side of the extruder.

Remove the extruder and re-plug the thermistor plug.

Check if the extruder thermistor is damaged.
If a multimeter is available, check whether the resistance value of the thermistor is within a reasonable range. The resistance value of the thermistor used for the extruder is usually about 100kΩ.
Note: The thermistor specification used for Neptune 4 and Neptune 4 Pro is NTC100K high-temperature resistant 300℃ thermistor (φ3*10-L85mm) with 2Pin PH2.0 terminal.
