The firmware is abnormal.

- A type-c cable
¶ Step 1 Install Putty

¶ Step 2 Update the firmware
- Open PuTTy terminal and execute the following command:
find /home -iname *.pyc|xargs rm -rf
- Update the firmware by referring to the video guide below.
