After starting up the printer, the touchscreen displays an error message: MCU rpi shutdown: Unable to open spi device. And you are unable to access the system interface.
The issue is caused by the firmware being incorrectly burnt or missing altogether.

The motherboard and touchscreen firmware must be loaded simultaneously. If they are incompatible, it will cause problems.
Note: When performing a firmware update, wait patiently for the entire update to complete. Do not interrupt the operation midway to prevent firmware loss or system crashes.
