¶ Instructions
- 1.Loosen the screw securing the turntable base with a 2.0 mm Allen wrench and remove the base.
- 2.Put the machine on its side. Remove the 4 silicone foot pads from the bottom cover.
- 3.Loosen the 4 screws securing the bottom cover using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench. Remove the bottom cover.
- 4.Unplug the ribbon cables from the motor port.
- 5.Use a 3.0 mm Allen wrench to loosen the 4 screws securing the motor bracket. Take out the motor assembly.
- 6.Use a 1.5 mm Allen wrench to loosen the screw securing the turntable assembly. Take out the turntable assembly.
Note: Loosen the screws, but do not remove them.
- 7.Use a 2.5 mm Allen wrench to loosen the 4 screws securing the motor. Take out the motor fixing bracket.
- 8.Prepare the new motor. Put the motor bracket in the installation position by aligning it with screw holes.
- 9.Use a 2.5 mm Allen wrench to tighten the 4 screws securing the motor bracket.
- 10.Prepare the turntable assembly. Align the screw holes with the positioning holes on the cross-section of the motor shaft. Use a 1.5 mm Allen wrench to tighten the screw securing the turntable assembly.
- 11.Prepare the motor assembly. Put it in the installation position by aligning it with the screw holes.
- 12.Use a 3.0 mm Allen wrench to tighten the 4 screws securing the motor bracket.
- 13.Plug the ribbon cables into the motor port.
- 14.Prepare the bottom cover and align the 2 long studs with the screw holes near the motherboard.
- 15.Put the bottom cover in the installation position by aligning it with the screw holes. Tighten the 4 screws securing the bottom cover using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.
- 16.Apply double-sided tape to the silicone foot pads. Put the 4 silicone foot pads in the installation position by aligning them with the grooves.

17.Put the turntable and the cover in the installation position. Power on the machine, select the curing mode and set the appropriate time.

18.Once the UV light turns on and the turntable starts rotating, it's ready for use.
