1.Turn off the 3D printer and unplug the power cord.
2.Loosen the 7 screws holding the printer’s rear cover in place, using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench, and remove the rear cover.
3.Loosen the three screws securing the right side cover at the top, using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.
4.Loosen the three screws securing the right side cover at the bottom, using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench.
5.Since there is a Wifi ribbon cable connection inside, slowly open the right side cover, disconnect the Wifi ribbon cable from the mainboard, and remove the right side cover.
6.Hold the nut of the wifi-antenna mounting bracket with needle-nose pliers while loosening it using an 8 mm open-end wrench.
7.Remove the nut, washer, and exhausted antenna mounting bracket.
8.Remove the washer from the antenna mounting bracket.
9.Retrieve the new antenna mounting bracket and install the washer onto it.
10.Align the holes, place the antenna mounting bracket in the installation position, and place the washer and nut in position, tightening them slightly.
11.Hold the nut of the antenna mounting bracket with needle-nose pliers while tightening it using an 8 mm open-end wrench.
12.Retrieve the right side cover and plug the Wifi ribbon cable back into the mainboard port.
13.Align the screw holes and button holes, place the right side cover in the installation position, and tighten the three screws at the top using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.
14.Tighten the three screws at the bottom using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench.
15.Retrieve the printer’s rear cover and tighten the seven screws holding it in place using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench.
16.Turn on the 3D printer and wait for the self-check to complete before using it .
