1.Turn off the 3D printer power and unplug the power cable.
2.Loosen 7 screws securing the 3D printer rear cover using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench, and remove the rear cover.
3.Loosen 3 screws securing the top of the right cover using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.
4.Loosen 3 screws securing the bottom of the right cover using a 2.0 mm allen wrench, and remove the right cover.
5.There are wifi ribbon cables connected internally. Slowly open the right cover, unplug the wifi ribbon cable from the motherboard port, and remove the right cover.
6.Retrieve the light-blocking foam from the top of the motherboard.
7.Use label ties or label paper to mark each ribbon cable on the motherboard based on the port information.
8.Unplug the ribbon cables from each port on the motherboard.
9.Peel off the black tape covering the touch screen port on the motherboard, lift the ribbon cable cover, and remove the touch screen ribbon cable. (The black tape can be preserved for reuse.)
10.Peel off the black tape covering the LCD screen port on the motherboard, lift the ribbon cable cover, and remove the LCD ribbon cable. (The black tape can be preserved for reuse.)
11.Loosen 4 screws securing the motherboard using a 2.5 mm allen wrench, and remove the exhausted motherboard.
12.Retrieve the new motherboard, manage all the ribbon cables; align it with the screw holes, place it in the mounting position, and tighten 4 securing screws using a 2.5 mm allen wrench.
13.Based on the port shapes and the labels on the ribbon cables, plug each ribbon cable into the motherboard.
14.Insert the LCD screen ribbon cable, secure the ribbon cable cover, and apply tape to the port surface. (Note: The LCD screen ribbon cable has a specific orientation.)
15.Insert the touch screen ribbon cable, secure the ribbon cable cover, and apply tape to the port surface. (Note: The touch screen ribbon cable has a specific orientation.)
16.Reapply double-sided adhesive to the light-blocking foam, align it with the ports on the motherboard, and place it in the mounting position.
17.Retrieve the right cover, align it with the screw holes and button holes.
18.Place it in the mounting position, and tighten 3 securing screws using a 2.5 mm allen wrench.
19.Tighten three screws securing the bottom of the right cover using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench..
20.Retrieve the printer rear cover, and tighten seven securing screws using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench.
21.Turn on the power. Once the self-check is complete, the 3D printer is ready for normal use.
