New cooling fan
1.Turn off the 3D printer and unplug the power cord.
2.Loosen the 7 screws holding the printer’s rear cover in place, using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench, and remove the rear cover.
3.Unplug the ribbon cable from the mainboard cooling fan port.
4.Loosen the three securing screws on the top of the left cover using a 2.5 mm allen wrench.
5.2.0mLoosen the three securing screws on the bottom of the left cover using a 2.0 mm allen wrench, and remove the left cover.
6.Loosen the two screws securing the cooling fan using a phillips screwdriver, and remove the exhausted cooling fan.
7.Retrieve the new cooling fan and organize the ribbon cable.
8.Align the cooling fan with the screw holes, place it in the mounting position, and tighten the two securing screws using a phillips screwdriver.
9.Retrieve the left cover, align it with the screw holes, place it in the mounting position, and tighten the three securing screws on the top using a 2.5 mm allen wrench.
10.Tighten the three securing screws on the bottom of the left cover using a 2.0 mm allen wrench.
11.Plug the cooling fan ribbon cable back into the mainboard port.
12.Retrieve the printer’s rear cover and tighten the seven screws holding it in place using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench.
13.Turn on the 3D printer and wait for the self-check to complete before using it .
