New constant current board
1.Turn off the 3D printer and unplug the power cord.
2.Loosen the 7 screws holding the printer’s rear cover in place, using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench, and remove the rear cover.
3.Use label ties or label paper to mark each ribbon cable on the constant current board. (This makes it easier to reconnect the cables later.)
4.Unplug the ribbon cables from each port on the constant current board.
5.Loosen the 2 screws securing the constant current board using a 2.5 mm allen wrench, and remove the exhausted constant current board.
6.Retrieve the new constant current board, align it with the screw holes, place it in the mounting position, and tighten the two securing screws using a 2.5 mm allen wrench (note the orientation of the constant current board).
7. Connect each ribbon cable to the constant current board based on the label information.
8.Retrieve the 3D printer’s rear cover and tighten the seven screws holding it in place using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench.
9.Turn on the 3D printer and wait for the self-check to complete before using it .
