If the camera does not display an image or operates abnormally, then it need to be replaced.
2.0 mm Allen wrench
2.5 mm Allen wrench
1.Turn off the 3D printer and unplug the power cord.
2.Loosen the 7 screws holding the printer’s rear cover in place, using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench, and remove the rear cover.
3.Loosen three screws securing the top of the right cover using a 2.5 mm allen wrench.
4.Loosen three screws securing the bottom of the right cover using a 2.0 mm allen wrench.
5.There are wifi ribbon cables connected internally. Slowly open the right cover, unplug the wifi ribbon cable from the motherboard port, then remove the right cover.
6.Unplug the ribbon cable for the camera from the motherboard, and retrieve the camera ribbon cable from the cable clamp.
7.Retrieve the camera assembly upward, being careful to manage the ribbon cables.
8.Remove the exhausted camera ribbon cable.
9.Retrieve the new camera ribbon cable, and insert it into the camera port.
Note: The ribbon cable port has a specific insertion direction.
10.Retrieve the camera assembly, thread the camera ribbon cable through the designated hole into the base, then align and place the camera in its mounting position.
11.Manage the camera ribbon cable within the cable clamp, and plug it into the motherboard port.
12.Retrieve the right cover, and plug the wifi ribbon cable back into the motherboard port.
13.Align the screw holes and button holes, then place the right cover in its mounting position. Secure the three screws using a 2.5 mm allen wrench.
14.Secure the three screws at the bottom of the right cover using a 2.0 mm allen wrench.
15.Retrieve the printer’s rear cover and tighten the seven screws holding it in place using a 2.0 mm Allen wrench.
16.Turn on the 3D printer and wait for the self-check to complete before using it .
