1. Loosen the four positioning screws at the bottom of the resin vat, using 3.0 mm hex wrench.
2. Remove the 14 screws that secure the release film assembly to the bottom of the vat, using 2.5 mm hex wrench.
3. Extract the release film assembly from the bottom of the vat. Using 2.0 mm hex wrench to loosen the 18 screws that hold the upper and lower clamping plates of the release film assembly.
4. Lift off the top clamping plate and discard the exhausted release film.
5. Wipe clean all the residual resin from the surfaces of both the upper and lower clamping plates, using a paper towel.
6. Place an approximately 40x40x5 mm foam block in the center of the lower clamping plate.
7. Retrieve the new release film, peel off the protective layers from both sides, align it with the edges of the lower clamping plate, and lay it into a proper installation position.
Note: The release film is bidirectional, either surface can be considered the top. Ensure equal overhang around all four edges.
8. Replace the top clamping plate and secure it by tightening the 18 fixing screws with a 2.0 mm hex wrench.
Note: Tighten the screws diagonally.
9. Remove the sponge beneath the release film assembly. Trim excess release film around the edges using a utility knife.
10. Remove the vat section and thoroughly clean the recess with a paper towel.
11. Using 2.5 mm hex wrench, loosely tighten two-thirds of the 12 screws securing the release film assembly to the bottom of the vat. Once all screws are in place, complete the tightening process, again following a diagonal pattern.
Note: Tighten the screws diagonally.
12. Tighten the four positioning screws at the bottom of the vat, using 3.0 mm hex wrench.
13. The replacement is now complete, and the machine is ready for operation.
