When to replace the limit switch
The limit switch is not working properly.
Tools and materials needed
● 2.5mm Allen wrench
● 2.0mm Allen wrench
● New limit switch

Precautions and Machine state before starting operation
Be sure to turn off the machine and remove the power supply before operation.
Operation steps
1. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 screws fixed on the top of the front cover of the printer base.
2. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 screws fixed on the left side of the front cover of the printer base.
3. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 screws fixed on the right side of the front cover of the printer base.
4. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 screws fixed under the front cover of the printer base.
5. Tilt down the front cover of the printer base (be careful that there are cable connections inside).
6. Unplug the limit switch cable from the motherboard.
7. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the two screws fixing the limit switch.
8. When the last screw is about to be unscrewed, you need to hold the limit switch to prevent it from falling.
9. Remove the limit switch from above.
10. Take out the new limit switch, align it with the limit switch groove, and put the limit switch cable inside the printer.
11. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the two screws fixing the limit switch.
12. Use an L-wrench to remove the limit switch cable from inside the printer.
13. Insert the limit switch cable into the limit switch port on the motherboard.
14. Align the screw holes and place the front cover of the printer base into the mounting position.
15. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 3 screws fixed on the top of the front cover of the printer base.
16. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 3 screws fixed under the front cover of the printer base.
17. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 3 screws fixed on the right side of the front cover of the printer base.
18. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 3 screws fixed on the left side of the front cover of the printer base.
19. Power on the printer.
20. Operate "Tools-Manual" on the touch screen, click the "Small House" button, and the printer will return to zero.
21. Observe that the printer’s return to zero movement is normal. After re-leveling the printer, it can be used normally.
