¶ Instruction
- Using a 3.0mm Allen key, loosen the four positioning screws on resin tank. Using a 2.0mm Allen key, remove the twelve screws securing the frame assembly.
- Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, remove the eighteen screws securing the the frame assembly. Remove the old PFA film from the frame assembly.
(NOTE: After detaching the PFA film, using dust-free cloth clean the residual resin on the resin tank and frame.)
- Put the foam (808010 mm) between the two frames. Prepare the new PFA film. Peel off the protective cover. Put the between the two frames.
- Using a 2.0mm Allen key, tighten the eighteen screws of the frame assembly. Using a utility knife, cut off the excess PFA film.
- Install the frame assembly onto the resin tank. Using a 2.0mm Allen key, tighten the twelve screws securing the frame assembly. Using a 3.0mm Allen key, tighten the four positioning screws on resin tank.
(NOTE: Secure the screws again after tighten. Do not scratch the PFA film.)
