After turning on the printer power, the touchscreen cannot enter the menu interface and an error message "erase flash block" pops up.

It is generally recommended to remove the USB drive before turning on the printer power. Turning on the printer power with the USB drive inserted may cause read/write errors. Therefore, please remove the USB drive and restart the printer power.
a. Download the Mars 4 firmware.

b. Open the firmware compressed package and copy the firmware files (elegoo_cfg.txt / elegoo_lcd.bin / lattice.bit) to the root directory of the USB drive.

The directory you enter by double-clicking the USB drive icon with the left mouse button is the root directory.
c. Insert the USB drive into the printer's USB port, and restart the printer power. The firmware will then update automatically.
