Please do not use non-original nozzles. The nozzles of Neptune 4 plus/max are custom-made. Wrong nozzles may cause abnormalities. If you are using the original nozzle, please check:
- Turn off the printer power, and then check whether the pins at the marked positions are deformed or damaged.
- Check whether the proximity swich plug is damaged or loose；You can refer to the video below for the disassembly steps：
PS: Proximity swich can only recognize metal and cannot recognize other materials. Please do not use the "level" and "home" functions without attaching the PEI board.
After confirmation, please update the firmware to the following version. Cooperating with you to troubleshoot the problem will not affect the warranty.

Both the touch screen firmware and the motherboard firmware need to be updated. If the touch screen firmware and mainboard firmware do not match, the printer may function abnormally.
