It is recommended to click Z+ on the touch screen, move the Z axis to the highest point (please note, please stop before hitting the gantry, do not let the extruder hit the gantry), Check whether there is any jamming during the Z-axis rising process.
If the Z-axis gets stuck while rising, please check the following:
a.Check that the marked screws ; these screws need to remain loose.
b.Check whether the X-axis and the heated bed are parallel.

If the Z-axis does not get stuck when rising, please check:
1. Update the firmware to the latest version;The firmware for the touch screen and motherboard are matching, please update both. Mismatched firmware can cause the printer to function abnormally.After updating the firmware, please turn off the printer for about 5 minutes. Please remove the USB flash drive when turning on the printer.

After completing the update, please perform "input shape" calibration.
2. Please use the default slicing software to set the slicing file, and confirm that the selected printer model is correct.

3.Check whether the screws at the marked positions are loose; you can try to quickly slide the X and Y axes to check whether the teeth on the belt will slip during the rapid sliding process.
4.Reduce fill speed, change fill type in slicing software.Turn off acceleration control
5.Turn off Z-hop
