Precautions before operation and machine status
This operation involves the replacement of some electronic components. Please take all necessary precautions before disassembling the machine. Please turn off the machine and cut off the power supply.
Operation steps
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the five fixing screws on the bottom cover, open the bottom cover from the side, and then unplug the cable interface of the motherboard cooling fan.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the two fixing screws of the "EMMC storage module" and pull out the "EMMC storage module" vertically.
- Align the new "EMMC storage module" with the pin position and press it into place.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the two fixing screws of the "EMMC storage module".
- Place the removed bottom cover on the side and insert the motherboard cooling fan cable into the FAN3 port on the motherboard.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the five fixing screws on the bottom cover. After successfully turning on the printer, operate "Level" on the touch screen. After re-leveling the printer, it can be used normally.
