Tools and materials needed
●3.0mm Allen wrench
●2.5mm Allen wrench
●2.0mm Allen wrench
●Thermal conductive silicone grease
●Brush
●Paper towel

Operation steps
1. Use a 3.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 fixing screws on the top of the back cover, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 fixing screws on the top of the back cover.

2. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 fixing screws on the right side of the back cover;
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 fixing screws on the left side of the back cover;
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 fixing screws under the back cover.

3. After removing the fixing screws of the back cover, lay the back cover flat and unplug the UV light cable port.
|
4. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 4 screws fixing the lens, and remove the lens and lens holder.
|

5. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 4 fixing screws of the UV light board and take out the UV light board.
|
|
6. Take out the new UV light board, and use a brush to evenly apply thermal conductive silicone grease on the back of the UV light board.
|
|
7. Install the UV light to its original position, align the mounting holes, use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 4 fixing screws on the UV light board, and use paper towels to wipe off excess thermal conductive grease around the UV light. (Note not to let the paper towel contact with the UV light wick.)

8. Place the lens holder and the lens into mounting position, align with the mounting holes, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 4 fixing screws on the lens. (Note: Align the UV light cable with the slot opening of the lens holder)

9. Reinsert the UV light cable into the port, and place the back cover in the mounting position to align with the mounting holes.
|
|
10. Use a 3.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 3 fixing screws on the top of the back cover, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 2 fixing screws on the top of the back cover.

11. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 2 fixing screws on the right side of the back cover;
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 2 fixing screws on the left side of the back cover;
Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 3 fixing screws under the back cover.

12. After the replacement is completed, boot to test, and operate "[Tools]--[Calibration]--[Next]" on the touch screen. The printer's exposure screen will light up with the same pattern displayed on the touch screen, and you can use the printer normally.
