Operation steps
1. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the four screws fixed on the top of the front cover.

2. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the three screws fixed under the front cover.

3. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the two screws fixed on the left side of the front cover.
|
4. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the two screws fixed on the right side of the front cover and put the front cover flat on the desktop (There are cable connections inside, please handle it carefully).

5. Tear off the tape fixing the touch screen cable, open the cover of the touch screen cable holder, and remove the touch screen cable.
|
|
6. Tear off the tape fixing the touch screen cable on the back of the screen, open the cover of the touch screen cable holder, and remove the touch screen cable.
|
|
7. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the four screws fixing the touch screen and remove the touch screen.
|
|
8. Take out the new touch screen, align with the screw holes and place it in the mounting position, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the four screws fixing the touch screen (Note that the side with letters of the mainboard is placed on the top).

9. Insert the cable into the rear port of the touch screen and stick the black tape on it (Note that the cable has a fixed mounting direction).
|
|
10. Insert the cable into the touch screen port on the motherboard and stick the black tape on it (note that the cable has a fixed mounting direction)
|
|
|
11. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the four screws fixed on the top of the front cover.
|
12. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the two screws fixed on the right side of the front cover.
|
13. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the two screws fixed on the left side of the front cover.
|
14. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the three screws fixed under the front cover.
|
15. Power on the printer.
|
16. Check whether all functions are operated normally on the touch screen. The replacement of the touch screen is completed.
