Tools and materials needed
●2.0mm Allen wrench
●2.5mm Allen wrench
●3.0mm Allen wrench
●Utility knife
●Paper towel
●Foam (120*120*10mm)

Operation Steps
1. Use a 3.0mm Allen wrench to loosen and remove the four positioning screws of the resin tank.

2. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 20 fixing screws securing the release film kit at the bottom of the resin tank.

3. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 26 fixing screws of the release film press sheet assembly, remove and disassemble the press sheet assembly, and remove the old release film.

4. Use paper towels to wipe away the residual resin on the surface of the upper and lower press sheets of the release film, and place a 120*120*10mm foam cube in the center of the lower press sheet.

5. Take out the new release film, tear off the protective films on both sides of the release film, align the four edges of the lower press sheet, reserve the same distance to the edges as possible, and cover the upper press sheet.

6. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 26 fixing screws of the release film press sheet assembly, take away the foam under the release film kit, and use a utility knife to cut off the excess part around the edge of the release film press sheet. (Note: Tightening the set screws diagonally will make installation easier)

7. Take out the resin tank part, use paper towels to wipe clean the grooves inside the resin tank, align the release film kit with the holes and install it. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 4 fixing screws diagonal to the press sheet slot and then tighten the other 16 set screws diagonally.

8. Use a 3.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 4 positioning screws at the bottom of the resin tank to complete the replacement.
