Operation steps
1. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 4 screws fixed on the top of the front cover.

2. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 3 screws fixed under the front cover.

3. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 screws fixed on the left side of the front cover.

4. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 2 screws fixed on the right side of the front cover, and put the front cover flat (There are cable connections inside, please handle it carefully).

5. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to loosen the 5 screws fixed on the right cover.

6. Remove the right cover and motherboard light-shielding foam.
|
|
7. Tear off the tape fixing the LCD and touch screen cables, open the cover of the LCD and touch screen cable holder, and remove the LCD and touch screen cables.

8. Use label ties or label paper to mark three cable ports of the same size accordingly for easy distinguishing.

9. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to loosen the 6 screws fixing the motherboard.
|
10. Take out the new motherboard, align with the screw holes, and place it in the mounting position, place the gaskets in alignment with the screw holes, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 6 fixing screws of the motherboard.

11. Insert the cables into the motherboard in sequence according to the labels on the cables.

12. Insert the LCD screen and touch screen cables on the motherboard in sequence, fasten the LCD screen and touch screen holder in sequence, and stick the tape on them. (Note that the LCD screen and touch screen cables have fixed installation directions.)

13. Align with the side port of the motherboard to install the light-shielding foam.

14. Align with the screw holes and place the right cover into the mounting position. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 5 fixing screws on the right cover.

15. Align with the screw holes and place the front cover into the mounting position, and use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 4 fixing screws on the top of the front cover.

16. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 2 fixing screws on the right side of the front cover.
|
17. Use a 2.0mm Allen wrench to tighten the 2 fixing screws on the left side of the front cover.
|
18. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to tighten the 3 fixing screws fixed under the front cover.

19. Operate "[Tools]--[Calibration]-[Next]" on the touch screen. The printer's exposure screen will light up with a pattern opposite to the one displayed on the touch screen.

20. Check that the functions on the touch screen are normal, and the exposure screen displays the correct pattern.

21. Operate "[Tools]", and "[Manual]" on the touch screen, click the "[Return to zero]" button, and the printer will return to zero and can be used normally.
