¶ Instruction
- Power off the printer and unplug the power cord.
- Loosen the 12 screws securing the front cover using a 2.5 mm Allen key.
- Lay the front cover flat. Mark the cables on the motherboard using cable ties.
- Disconnect the cables from all the ports on the motherboard.
- Tear off the black tape attached to the touchescreen port on the motherboard. Remove the touchscreen cable.
Note: Reserve the tape for future use.
- Tear off the black tape attached to the LCD screen port on the motherboard. Remove the cable of the LCD screen port.
Note: Reserve the tape for future use.
- Loosen the four screws securing the motherboard using a 2.5mm Allen key. Remove the old motherboard.
- Prepare the new motherboard. Align it with the screw holes and put it in the installation position. Tighten the four screws using a 2.5 mm Allen key.
- Insert the cables into the ports on the motherboard according to the lable information and the port shape.
- Insert the cables of the touchscreen. Adhere the tape to the cable port.
Note: The touchscreen cables have a fixed installation position.
- Insert the cables of the LCD screen. Adhere the tape to the cable port.
Note: The LCD screen cable has a fixed installation position.
- Align the front cover with the screw holes and put it in the installation position. Tighten twelve screws using a 2.5mm Allen key.
- Power on the printer. Select "Tools - Calibration - Next". The printer is ready for use if the LCD screen displays ELEGOO logo.
