¶ Instruction
¶ Preparation
Turn the power switch OFF (symbol "〇") and unplug the power supply cable.
¶ Remove the old Release Film

Lift the automatic resin feeding inlet.
-
Seal the inlet with a bag and a cable tie to prevent the resin from dripping.

Remove the two knob screws.
-
Remove the resin tank.
-
Remove the left handle of the resin tank.
-
Remove the handle on the other side in the same way.
-
Unfasten the snaps on the front side of the resin tank.
-
Unfasten the snaps on left and right sides of the resin tank.
-
Hold the resin tank and turn the resin tank over.
-
Remove the snaps of the resin tank.
-
Remove the old release film kit.
-
Remove the four positioning screws of the resin tank with a 3.0 mm Allen key.
-
Flip the release film kit.
-
Remove the twenty-eight screws securing the resin tank pressing plate with a 2.0 mm Allen key.
-
Remove the upper pressing plate.
-
Remove the old release film.
¶ Install the new release film
-
Get the new release film and place it temporarily on the table.
-
Peel off the protective film from both sides of the new release film.
-
Place a piece of foam cotton measuring 80 × 80 × 5 mm in the center of the pressing plate.

Place the new release film above the pressing plate.
-
Put the upper pressing plate in place.
-
Press down on the pressing plate and tighten the four screws on the edge of the pressing plate.
-
Tighten the other 24 screws securing the pressing plate.
-
Remove the cotton foam.
-
Turn the release film kit over.
-
Tighten the four positioning screws of the resin tank.
-
Cut off the release film around the edge of the pressing plate with a utility knife and remove the release film from the edges.
Note: The utility knife is sharp. Use it with care to avoid cutting your fingers.

Get the resin tank frame and place it temporarily on the table.

Align the groove of the release film kit with the resin tank and place it in position.
-
Lift the resin tank and press down on the release film kit.
-
Fasten the upper snap.
-
Fasten the snaps on the right and left sides.
-
Turn the resin tank over.
-
Install the left handle.
-
Install the right handle.
-
Place the resin tank back in position.
-
Tighten the two knob screws.
-
Remove the sealed bag.
-
Restore the automatic resin feeding inlet.
-
The release film is replaced successfully.
