The printer failed the Resin tank self-test. The touch screen displays the error message “Equipment malfunction please troubleshoot”
If the automatic feeding assembly is lifted, manually lower it to the original position. If it is already in the lowered position, repeat the lift + lower action several times and re-run the self-test.

Turn off automatic feeding via the touch screen (Settings → Accessibility → Resin recycling).

Lift the automatic feeding assembly.

Place the magnet on the upper center of the automatic feeding assembly (the Hall sensor cannot detect the magnet in other positions).
Remove the magnet immediately after the test.

If the error still occurs, the Hall sensor needs to be replaced (the Hall sensor is located inside the automatic feeding assembly).

If the error no longer occurs, continue with the following steps for further troubleshooting.
If you have another resin tank, try replacing it for testing. If the error disappears with a different tank, the magnet in the original tank may have fallen off or lost magnetic strength. Proceed with the steps below.
Lift the automatic feeding assembly.

Use a sealing bag and zip tie to seal the resin outlet of the automatic feeding assembly.

Remove the two straight-grain handles/resin tank.

Pull outward to remove the left and right side handles.

Push down the front buckle.

Push down the left and right side buckles.

Remove the upper buckle.
.png)
Remove the left and right side buckles.

Remove the release film assembly.

Use the 2.5 mm hex screwdriver to remove the three screws securing the resin tank baffle and take off the baffle.

If the magnet is not missing, its magnetic force may have decreased. Replace it with a new magnet.
