Enable a mobile hotspot and connect your printer and PC to the mobile hotspot.
If the printer restores the operation, it indicates that the printer’s Wi-Fi function is working properly.

¶ Step 1. Ensure a clear and unobstructed path between the router and the printer.
Move the printer and position it 1 to 3 meters from the router.
¶ Step 2. Reduce the number of devices connected to the router and clear the cache buildup.
- Log in to the router management page.
- Check the Connected Devices section and disconnect idle devices.
- Unplug the router's power. Wait for 30 seconds, then power it back on.
- After 5 minutes, try connecting again to resolve caching issues.
If normal operation is restored, this suggests that either the number of connected devices is too high or there is an issue with device caching.
It is recommended to reduce the number of connected devices and regularly restart the devices.

- The printer’s own WiFi function is faulty, such as a damaged WiFi module in a phone.

Check the WiFi button on the router body to ensure it is turned on.
