The cardboard spool is deformed due to accidental drop.
¶ Troubleshooting Steps: Repair a deformed spool with a filament ring

Download the .stl file of the filament ring.

Print a pair of filament ring using your printer.
- Install the filament rings onto the two sides of the spool.
- Place the filament spool onto the AMS or the spool holder. The spool equipped with filament rings will not interfere with AMS's filament load and unload, nor will they affect the spool rotation.
¶ Things to be noted

It is recommended using PETG for printing.

If the filament ring is too tight to be installed, change the X-Y hole
and contour compensation to 0.1 mm via the slicing software.
