New Top Cover Hinge Fixing Part
¶ Disassembly Steps
Reminder: Before starting the operation, turn off the H1 HT power switch and unplug the power cord.
¶ Remove the Top Cover Hinge Fixing Part
- Use a Phillips Screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the top cover hinge fixing part.
- Gently pry up the top cover hinge fixing part from its edge and remove it. Avoid using sharp tools or excessive force to prevent damage to the fixing part or top cover assembly.
Note: When removing the top cover hinge fixing part, take care to prevent the two internal pins from falling out or being lost.
¶ Installation Steps
¶ Install the Top Cover Hinge Fixing Part
- Take out the new top cover hinge fixing part.
Note:
When installing the top cover hinge fixing part, make sure the two pins are correctly installed in the corresponding positions on the fixing part, with both ends of each pin facing inward.
Note:
Install the top cover hinge fixing part with the side without grooves facing outward and the side with grooves facing inward.
Side Without Grooves (Facing Outward):
Side With Grooves (Facing Inward):
- Reinstall the top cover hinge fixing part onto the top cover assembly.
- Use a Phillips Screwdriver to install the two screws securing the top cover hinge fixing part.
¶ Verification
- Place the H1 HT upright.
- Open and close the top cover assembly to confirm that it moves smoothly without sticking or abnormal resistance.
- Check that the top cover hinge fixing part is securely installed, with no looseness or abnormal movement.
