¶ Disassembly Steps
Reminder: Before starting the operation, turn off the H1 HT power switch and unplug the power cord. Make sure the device is completely powered off before proceeding.
¶ Remove the Filament
- Open the top cover.
- Remove the filament.
- Close the top cover.
¶ Open the Bottom Cover
- Place the H1 HT on its side on a level surface.
2. Use a 2.5 mm Allen Key to remove the four screws securing the bottom cover.
- Slowly open the bottom cover. Be careful not to pull or damage the internal cables.
- Place the machine with its bottom facing down on a level surface. on a level surface.
Note: To facilitate subsequent operations, the two rolls of filament can be placed under the inner tray assembly and top cover as supports.
Note: The H1 HT is equipped with two moisture vents. Moisture Vent A (Mainboard Port VAL VEA) is located above the power supply board, while Moisture Vent B (Mainboard Port VAL VEB) is located on the Mainboard side. Select the corresponding disassembly and installation steps according to the Moisture Vent that needs to be replaced.

¶ Disassembly of Moisture Vent A (at Mainboard Port VAL VEA)
¶ Disconnect the Moisture Vent Cable
- Disconnect the cable from the Mainboard Port VAL VEA and the moisture vent.
- Remove the cable from the cable tie on the bottom cover assembly.
- Remove the moisture vent cable.
¶ Remove the Moisture Vent
- Use a Phillips Screwdriver to loosen the 2 screws, securing the moisture vent.
- Remove the moisture vent.
¶ Disassembly of Moisture Vent B (at Mainboard Port VAL VEB)
¶ Disconnect the Moisture Vent Cable
- Disconnect the moisture vent cable from Mainboard Port VAL VEB and the moisture vent.
- Remove the moisture vent cable.
¶ Remove the Moisture Vent
- Use a Phillips Screwdriver to loosen the 2 screws, securing the moisture vent.
- Remove the moisture vent.
¶ Installation Steps
¶ Install Moisture Vent A (Mainboard Port VAL VEA)
¶ Install the Moisture Vent
- Take out the new moisture vent and its cable, and install them in the corresponding position (above the power supply board).
Note: Connect the small connector of the cable to the moisture vent, and connect the large connector to the Mainboard VAL VEA Port.
- Use a Phillips Screwdriver to tighten the two screws, securing the moisture vent.
¶ Connect the Moisture Vent Cable
- Connect the cable to the Mainboard VAL VEA Port.
- Secure the cable back into the bottom cover Assembly cable clip.
¶ Install Moisture Vent B (Mainboard Port VAL VEB)
¶ Install the Moisture Vent
- Take out the new moisture vent and its cable, and install the moisture vent in the corresponding position beside the Mainboard.
Note: Connect the small connector of the cable to the moisture vent, and connect the large connector to the Mainboard VAL VEB Port.
- Use a Phillips Screwdriver to tighten the two screws, securing the moisture vent.
¶ Connect the Moisture Vent Cable
- Connect the cable to the Mainboard VAL VEB Port.
¶ Install the Bottom Cover
- Align the inner tray assembly with the positioning structure of the bottom cover, and place it back inside the bottom cover.
- Tighten the four screws, securing the bottom cover.
¶ Verification
- Place the H1 HT upright.
- Connect the power cord and turn on the power switch.
- Select the filament type, load the filament, and tap Start drying Filament.
- During the filament drying process, confirm that the moisture vent opens and closes properly without abnormal noise or alarms. If the filament drying process completes successfully, the moisture vent and its cable have been replaced successfully.
