New Front Roller Assembly
¶ Disassembly Steps
Reminder: Before starting the operation, turn off the H1 HT power switch and unplug the power cord.
¶ Remove the Filament
- Open the top cover.
- Remove the filament.
¶ Remove the Front Roller
Note: Before removing the front roller, record its installation direction.
- Use tweezers or a metal pry tool to carefully pry upward from the edge of the front roller to release the front roller assembly from the installation groove.
- Remove the front roller assembly.
¶ Installation Steps
¶ Install the Front Roller
- Install the new front roller assembly into the installation groove on the inner tray assembly.
- Number ① indicates the roller groove.
- Number ② indicates the gear groove.
- Press down on the front roller assembly until it is fully secured in the installation groove.
Note: When installing the front roller, make sure that the roller and gear are installed into their corresponding grooves. Improper installation may prevent the filament from rotating properly.
- Manually rotate the front roller to confirm that it rotates smoothly without jamming or abnormal resistance.
¶ Verification

Place the H1 HT stably.

Connect the power cord and turn on the power switch.

Enter the main interface.
- Select the corresponding filament type and load the filament.
- Enable the filament rotation function during the filament drying process.
6. Observe whether the filament rotates properly during the drying process to confirm that the front roller has been installed correctly.
Note: The filament rotation function runs for 1 minute every 5 minutes.
