

If there is no cured material on either the Build Plate surface or inside the Resin Tank, prioritize checking whether the LCD screen can properly expose and display the test pattern/logo.
When the LCD exposure is normal, the result should appear as shown below:


The optimal printing temperature for resin is 25°C. If the ambient temperature where the printer is located is below 25°C, it is recommended to preheat the resin before printing.
The resin bottle can be immersed in warm water at approximately 60°C for about 10 minutes to reduce resin viscosity.
If the printer supports external heating or built-in tank heating function, turn on the heating device in advance to preheat the internal chamber or the resin.
Appropriately increase:
For lift-type machines, the lift height can be increased appropriately (2–3 mm).

Verify whether the machine firmware version is correct. If necessary, re-upgrade or flash the correct firmware version.
